Little CeC @ Denman Island is to be a reinvented sort of resurrection of an extraordinary annual public incident that used to be all about Presentations, Performances, Exhibits and Screenings, involving direct and indirect participation of Experimental Creative Practitioners of all description from around India and the world, spread over 3 days of intense public creative interaction,.. with each and every Primary-Participant expected to experimentally bring something creatively *new* to the table (*i.e. ideally, new to themselves too).
This first essay into Canada is, however, intended to be much more compact in scope and form, partly as a testing of the waters.
note: we pronounce CeC as "Sek"

Aparna Panshikar, a North Indian Classical Singer based in Pune, India, was born into a family deeply involved with the performing arts, and had an early introduction to music from her mother. Alongside innumerable concerts around India and several other countries, presenting a repertoire ranged from pure-classical to semi-classical forms, she has also essayed several international experimental collaborations with international musicians and electroacousticians, including Indian classical pieces modified to rhythm patterns of western pop music. Eve Zola Orslaloy might be likened to the sound of an infinite number of Slinkies walking down an uncountable number of stairs. As an Agent of the Ouroboros she is interested in the re/de/construction of circles, loops, waves and other winding geometries and knots of Being that are not necessarily limited to only the dimensions humans can perceive. Acting as an Existential Engineer she enables temporary structures and contextual identities of place as momentary islands of order in a flow of re/de/evolving chaos and tends to wonder if any One of us can step into the same self twice. Finding infinite interest in Others as situational expressions of Self, she enjoys experiments and discovery through both observation of, and interaction with, self-similar expressions of both human and nonhuman manifestations of being-in-the-world. She probably eats too much ice cream, but finds it too delicious to completely give up. Formerly and formally of The Set of All Ands and the End, otherwise remaining unknown as {nd}, she still occasionally shapes sounds with electronics as the whole part of Heir to Chronos. She gave up her day job for completely unrelated reasons. https://soundcloud.com/heir-to-chronos
